Brittany Howard was blown away by the financial and emotional stressors of heart transplantation after her first hand experience with such in 2018. She has since made it her mission to help support the heart transplant community.

We focus on making the journey of heart transplantation easier for heart transplant recipients and their families through financial assistance, housing opportunities, and emotional support, to name a few. We also help support heart transplant research to improve the future of transplant recipients.
